1. One record from enquiry to alumni
CRM lead → Convert to Student → ERP student → Parent portal
After conversion, the ERP student is the system of record. CRM may still show the originating lead for history.

Student 360 consolidates fees, attendance, guardians, documents, and timeline — use it before calling parents.
3. Guardians tab
On student detail → Guardians:
- Add guardian name, relation, email, phone.
- Mark primary guardian for defaults.
- Use Link to parent app when email matches a registered parent on skolzo.com.
Multiple guardians can link to one student (Parents portal).
4. Portal access card
On student detail, Portal access:

Suggested emails pull from guardians, lead guest email, or primary parent fields.
5. Staff must not use parent URLs
Parents and students sign in on skolzo.com, not crm.skolzo.com or erp.skolzo.com. See Getting started § Sign in.
6. Fees & comms after link
Once linked, parents see fees and circulars you publish (Finance · Help desk).
Practice exercise
- Open Student 360 for a demo student.
- Add a guardian and link to a test parent account.
- Sign in as parent on mobile and confirm the child appears.
Troubleshooting
Parent sees wrong child — Check StudentParentLink / guardian emails; remove duplicate guardian rows.
Link button disabled — Parent must register on skolzo.com with the same email first.
Student login missing — School policy may disable student accounts; use parent proxy.
