Parents portal guide
Audience: Parents, guardians, and students

Quick start (3 steps)
- Sign in — Open skolzo.com, tap Sign in, and use the email your school registered for you (parent or student account).
- Go mobile — Open Parent home for fees, homework, attendance, and school updates. Add the page to your home screen for app-like access.
- Pay fees — From mobile home, open Fees to view dues and pay online when your school has payments enabled.
Account settings (profile, security, linked children) live under Account on skolzo.com.

Parents and students do not use crm.skolzo.com or erp.skolzo.com — those are for school staff only.

Troubleshooting
"Access denied" on CRM/ERP — You may have opened a staff URL by mistake. Use skolzo.com and sign in as a parent.
I do not see my child — Contact your school office to link your parent email to the student record.
Fees or pay button missing — Your school may not have online payments enabled yet; pay offline per school instructions.
Install on phone — Use Chrome or Safari → Add to Home Screen. See the mobile PWA guide.
