Audience: Academic admin, compliance officer, principal
Duration: ~1 hour
Prerequisites: Getting started · Teacher guide
Learning objectives
- Enable the correct board plugin (CBSE, ICSE, state, IB, etc.)
- Align report cards and grading with board rules
- Maintain UDISE+ profile and export enrollment data (India)
- Know where compliance differs from day-to-day academics
1. Board plugins
Route: /erp/compliance/board
- Open Setup hub → Board plugins (or direct route above).
- Select your affiliation (e.g. CBSE, ICSE, STATE, IB, IGCSE).
- Enable recommended plugins for report cards, exam structures, and grading labels.
- Follow in-app links to configure exam and report card templates (LMS & exams).
Board plugins adjust labels and workflows — they do not replace your academic data in /erp/academics.
2. Report cards & exams
After board plugin is active:
| Task | Route |
|---|---|
| Exam structure | /erp/academics/exams |
| Report card templates | Exam / certificate templates as enabled by plugin |
| Online exams | /erp/academics/online-exams |
Coordinate with class teachers using the Teacher guide.
3. UDISE+ (India)
Route: /erp/compliance/udise
- Enter UDISE code, district/block codes, category, management type, and board affiliation.
- Keep fields aligned with your government portal registration.
- Run export preview before submitting official files.
- Download export and upload to UDISE+ per your state workflow.
Update after major intake changes (new session, bulk admissions from Convert to student).
4. Trust & audit
Compliance exports complement Trust center evidence (Certificates & documents · IT admin).
Practice exercise
- Enable your board plugin and open one linked ERP screen.
- Complete UDISE profile fields for a demo school.
- Generate an export preview and verify student counts match
/erp/students.
Troubleshooting
Plugin shows not ready — Finish required academic setup (sessions, grades) first.
UDISE counts mismatch — Reconcile inactive students and campus scope in header selector.
