Same login email may work across CRM and ERP depending on your role.
2. Sign in
- Open https://crm.skolzo.com/login (or erp.skolzo.com for operations-only staff).
- Enter the email your school admin invited you with.
- Complete password or Google sign-in.
- You land on
/school-panel(CRM) or/erp(ERP) based on permissions.
Parent users are redirected to the parents portal — they do not use the staff CRM shell.
3. CRM vs ERP

Convert to Student on a lead moves data into ERP automatically.
4. Navigation basics
- Left menu — grouped by Overview, Admissions, Finance, etc.
- Campus selector — if your school has multiple branches, pick the correct campus.
- Bell icon — alerts and notifications.
- Switch to ERP/CRM — link in sidebar when you have access to both.

Troubleshooting
Access denied after sign-in — Your role may not include this product. Ask your school admin to assign CRM or ERP access in /school-panel/users.
Parent account on staff CRM — Parent logins belong on skolzo.com, not crm.skolzo.com.
Missing menu items — Permissions are role-based; your admin can adjust roles under /school-panel/roles.
Campus data looks wrong — Select the correct campus from the campus selector in the header.
Practice exercise
- Sign in to your school workspace with credentials from your administrator.
- Open your school profile and preview the public listing.
- Switch to ERP (if permitted) and open the students list.
- Install counselor mobile PWA on your phone.
